The next day, she told her dad she was ready. So they went to the pet store and picked out another bird.

This time, Bakita decided to leave the cage door open and focus on putting love into her relationship with the bird.

Even though the cage door remained open, the bird never flew away.

(1) Think of an experience that causes you to feel a negative emotion. (Like seeing another woman flirting with your man.)

(2) Point or tilt your head down slightly toward your stomach or chest. This disengages your mind and activates the feeling center, which is the erase mode.

(3) Notice any unwanted energy in your stomach or chest area. It could be a knot or clutching feeling in that area. Take some time to notice it.

(4) Release the energy.

To drill for oil, you must find the oil, sink a pipe into the oil pocket, and uncap the pipe.

Then the oil comes shooting out by itself.

Do the same to release unwanted energy…

Put an imaginary tube into the energy, uncap it, and allow the energy to come shooting out.

(5) Repeat as needed until the unwanted energy has been completely released.

From now on, whenever you experience a negative emotion:
